Refund and Subscription Policy

REFUNDS

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and events, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been processed or your spot in an event/workshop has been confirmed.

For in-person events and workshops:

* Refunds are not available for missed workshops or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.If you cannot attend and notify us at least 48 hours in advance, you may request a credit toward a future event, subject to availability.

* If you experience an issue with your order (e.g., missing or damaged items) or have concerns about an in-person event, please contact us within 7 days at

[email protected] . We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you cancel your subscription before the term is complete, we will refund any unshipped products to the original card used for the payment upon your request. Please send requests to

Subscriptions cannot be paused or skipped.

If you need to update your account information, such as credit card details (please do not email your card number), mailing address, or to cancel your subscription, send all requests to
